Oh my but this site has been around for almost 10 years....

I feel old.  -_-;; 

*ahem* I have some updates since last time!  First, we have a new layout!  It's actually the layout for version 4.0 that never got completed... but I still call this one version 6.0.  I've added new content to "Split Personality" for your reading pleasure.  I've tweaked things here and there around the site, just to remove any typos or change sentence structure in some awkward-sounding places.  I've also removed the "links to une/treize sites" because none of them exist anymore.  *le sigh*  There are still a few sites out there, I'm sure, but they are difficult to find; I felt a links page was a bit, well, useless.  Gundam Wing just isn't what's popular anymore.  However, I refuse to be one of those sites that simply vanishes overnight!  Two-Fold is here for the duration - here's to looking forward to another 10 years on the internet!  *raises glass for a toast*

Hello everyone! Just checking in to let you know that I have not forgotten about this site, and have even updated something: the links page! XD

Also, I wanted to say Thank You All for the kind comments and encouragement! It means a lot to me that so many of you have enjoyed this site. It makes me even happier to know that even though TwoFold has been around for nearly 4 years, and Gundam Wing has lost a lot of its popularity, there are still new visitors. As long as this fan-girl is on the internet, I guarantee that TwoFold will be here!

I added 8 new images to the gallery. Image number 2 in the new group is my favorite. ^_^; There's just something so child-like and innocent about it. But, you know, it's really hard to see anything that way.. O.o;; Anyone who wears glasses would understand.

We had a birthday on July 3, and I missed it..! oops... ^^;; But to make up for it, I've fixed up the layout (and now it looks soooo much better), AND I've moved Two-Fold to my domain, so this time there really are no banners or pop-ups! Well, unless you came here using my redirect URL from Bravenet (http://devoted.to/une), and most of you probably did. ^^;; By the way, the new domain is... *drumroll please* http://kasandora.com! XD Oooooo, and this place almost has 5,000 visits! YAY!

So there, that's all you get. ^_^ A pretty new layout.

Hmmmm. It's been a few months. o.O;; Well, I am hereby officially stating that this site is, well, finished! Except for new layouts, this site will basically remain as-is. There's nothing much more to add, except perhaps fanfics and fanart, but I don't really want to do those as there are other sites out there for that (and also I don't have the time to maintain the site that closely anymore). This site is still my baby, though... =) it will always be my favorite and most cherished. It just won't get updated anymore. ^_^;; Thanks for taking the time to read this... I know not everyone likes to read about updates. XD

Well, it's a new layout... which means that everything got updated in one way or another. I sifted through the links page and updated all of them (most of them were still ok, though). Most of the pages stayed the same, except for those tiny little details that probably no one would notice. ^_^ Hopefully the frames are working well for everyone... I thought about making a non-frames version, but it's a big hassle to code (and also update), and working on this frames version took long enough as it is (and I am a busy college student). I checked the site in IE and Netscape, and it looks good from my end... I also tried to anticipate people with huge monitors (I have a little 15 inch, which I believe is in the minority), but as of right now I have no way to test how it looks (this is my first big adventure with frames—can ya tell?). It's so hard to believe, but in this coming July, Two-Fold will be 2 years old! And in June, I'm going to be 22... where does the time go, I wonder?

Classes start the 28th, I move into my dorm on the 26th, and a bunch of my friends and I are having a get-together this weekend. What's this mean? I won't be updating the site again or responding to emails until either the 28th or the 29th. Keep the feedback coming, though, kay? =) Thanks!

Thank you so much everyone for the wonderful e-mails!  It really makes my day so much better when I read them.  I edited a bit on the index page, reordered "coloration" on the list, & also added that little mood indicator above.  I leave for school soon (I start the 28^th), so I may not update for a while.  I'll try, though.  =)

It may sound strange, but my ultimate goal was reached yesterday.  The reason I created this shrine is because I love Une, but also because she is such a misunderstood character.  So when someone signed my g-book saying that this site helped them to respect Une more (which means understanding), I was ecstatic.  ^_^  HOORAY!!  *does the happy pie goddess dance*  Now it truly is worth it...

Added a Treize/Une shrine to the GW links page.  Also sent in the updated link to Anipike, and sent e-mails to a couple of other websites informing them of the site move.  I'm also beginning to seriously consider creating a shrine to Treize.  I even have a title picked: Megalomania.  LOL   ^_^

Added another link to the Non-GWing links section: the tao of anime.  Also fixed an error on the Non-GWing page, made a nit-picking edit on the main page, and made a small change on both the archived updates and credits pages.

Changed a few minor details in the "Endless Waltz" section.  Also fixed the "home" link in the g-book so now it links back to this page and not the old main page. 

Next milestone to look forward to: 4000 hits.

Last night, I had a dream about Faith Hill and the Partridge Family.  o.O;;  It was a really weird dream!  But at least I wasn't anyone in it... I was just an observer.  Oh, and Tim McGraw was in it too, but he was a bouncer-type-bodyguard.  o.o;;  It was really really strange.

But anyway... today I finished some of the larger and more complex pieces of work on the new design.  As of 7:25 p.m. (eastern time), I only have to finish the Endless Waltz, Credits, and Contact pages.  Yay!

I just created this updates page... so I guess I should put something here.

It's normally against my sense of aesthetics to use a webspace provider that forces you to use ads on your site, but it seems that if you want something good, that's what you have to stick with.  I used to be with Virtue, but lately, they've been extremely irritating, and I just got completely fed-up with it all.  I searched and searched for another provider besides Virtue and Dencity (they're annoying too) that didn't force ads, but I couldn't find any.  : (   So I decided to go with Geocities, since you can at least get rid of the ad if you want to.  Their service is fast, I get plenty of space for my files, and I can still upload 20 files at a time if I want to.

Busy busy busy!!  ~_~;;  There's just way too much stuff I have to do these days.  I have 3 weeks before I go back to school and 4 days before I leave for vacation!  *dances around joyously*  Where has my summer gone??  Ah well... that's not what I'm here to talk about.  ^_^;  As some of you can tell, I've finished the new site design!  Hooray!  I'm still working on updating the (almost) text-only version of the site, but the frames and no-frames version are both in working order.  *happy happy happy*  Actually, I'm just glad I finally got it finished; now that all the "hard" work is done, I can work on the fun stuff!

But anyway... here's what's been changed since last update:

• New web space provider!  I do my own HTML coding now, and Homestead just wasn't cuttin' it anymore, so welcome to Virtue.nu!
• Created a frames version of the site
• Added info about CD shopping on the music page
• Added an answer to "unanswered questions"
• Added another perspective to For His Love (formerly known as "for the love of Treize")
• Corrected the name of the quotes section and added a few new quotes
• Created the Love Never Dies... section.

I'll be doing more as time goes on, so here's what to expect by the end of August:

• A finished almost-text-only version
• My fanart (once I go to school I won't have immediate access to a scanner, so this will definitely be here this time)
• More desktop wallpapers in the "goodies" section (I've given up on the icons--I can't get them to look right ^^;)

And that's it!  I'll be adding stuff on a pretty irregular basis, especially once school starts, as opposed to doing one huge site update at one time (like I did this time).  As always, thanks for visiting, and I welcome your comments, suggestions, complaints, and the like (use the form or the address below.

As promised, there is now a music section, complete with my translation of the lyrics and a 30 second .wav of the song (well, the .wav isn't quite finished yet...).  The fanart has been slow work, but I've got 3 pieces done.  Unfortunately, my mom and I are wallpapering the computer room, so the scanner is currently unplugged.  And since I'm not about to hook it all up to my computer and install the software and the like, the fanart section will just have to wait.

I also added a links page and one of those infamous "You Know You [insert something] When..." pages (it's in the "just for fun" section).

*yawns*  Well, it's only been August for about 5 hours now, so I think I'll get some sleep.  ^^;;   Oh! But before I forget... I'm working on a new site design.  I hope to finish it tomorrow (err, today...), and maybe even have it in complete working order by Wednesday!   ^_^   I'm so happy--it's a rather pretty design, and I'm quite proud of what I've done so far.  I'm just having some trouble with Netscape, as always.  >.<   But hopefully I can fix it with some tables; otherwise only IE users will be able to see the new design and Netscapers would have to keep using this design (which would be a pain for me to maintain).

As always, if you have any suggestions or comments, please share! This site can't go very far without feedback from its visitors. Also, if you have any ideas on new things I can put on the site, I would love to hear them! Great minds think alike, and two heads are better than one. ^_~
