Two-Fold
-the story of une-

"So I'm Lady Une of OZ, or do I work under Treize?"

Basic Info

This site works on the assumption that you're familiar with Gundam Wing and that, if shown a picture full of GW characters, you would be able to tell which person was Duo and which was Trowa.  If you're not familiar with the series, or would never even be able to tell Relena from Trowa, then you may want to consider getting a bit of background information before you continue with the site.  I recommend checking out the Gundam Wing wikipedia for some good general background info, or you could take a trip to your closest Best Buy and invest in some DVDs.  :D

That being said, here are some basic stats on Lady Une:

Known as:   Une, Lady Une, Sainte Une
Rank in OZ:   Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel
Rank in Preventers:   Preventer Chief
Age:   19 at the beginning of GW, 20 at the beginning of Endless Waltz
Nationality:   German
Loyalty:   OZ  (most of the time) and Treize (always)
Height:   161cm
Weight:   47kg
Hair:   Brown
Eyes:   Brown
Glasses:   Half the time (hehe)
Voice Actress (U.S. dub):   Enuka Okuma (view her IMDb bio here)
Voice Actress (Japan):   Sayuri (小百合) Yamauchi (山内) She is most often listed in the credits of her work simply under her first name Sayuri, which causes some to believe her last name is Sa and her first name is Yuri, however that is a misconception. (view her ANN bio here) (or if you read Japanese, here is another bio)

As a general note for you when you peruse the site... I often refer to Une differently.  When I speak of Colonel Une, I am speaking of her character when she is wearing her glasses, dressed in her OZ uniform, hair pulled up in cute buns.  When I speak of Sainte Une, I am speaking of her character when she is wearing her blue dress, without glasses, hair down.  And when I speak of Une, I am referring to either just her character in general or to her character as she appears in Endless Waltz.  Usually it's pretty obvious which Une I'm referring to, but I thought I should add this here just in case it is unclear to anyone.

One more note: I have only seen the series as it appeared dubbed on Cartoon Network during the Toonami Midnight Run, and thus my analysis is limited by that, however there is much I have gleaned from the internet regarding anything I may have missed.  My analysis of Endless Waltz is based on a fansubbed copy I purchased before the movie was picked up and released in the U.S.  Hopefully that doesn't make you turn up your nose and/or run away screaming.  ^^;
